Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipment details, including but not limited to:

• Pickup and delivery addresses
• Weight and dimensions of goods
• Type and nature of items
• Contact details of sender and receiver

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, additional charges, or cancellation of the booking.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines provided during booking are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including traffic conditions, weather disruptions, vehicle breakdowns, regulatory restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payment Terms

Customers agree to pay the applicable charges for transportation services as displayed during booking or as agreed separately.

• In advance (prepaid), or
• At the time of delivery (postpaid), depending on the selected service

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation or withholding of delivery.

5. Prohibited Goods

Khyathi Logistics does not accept shipments containing illegal, hazardous, restricted, or prohibited items, including but not limited to:

• Explosives or flammable materials
• Narcotics or illegal substances
• Weapons or ammunition
• Perishable goods without prior approval
• Any item restricted under applicable laws

We reserve the right to refuse transportation of any goods that violate legal or safety regulations.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure that:

• Goods are properly packed for safe transportation
• Correct contact details are provided
• Necessary permissions or documentation for transport are available
• The shipment complies with local laws and regulations

Khyathi Logistics shall not be responsible for damages caused due to inadequate packaging or incorrect information.

7. Cancellation and Modifications

Bookings may be cancelled or modified prior to vehicle dispatch. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of the booking and operational costs already incurred.

Khyathi Logistics reserves the right to cancel bookings in case of operational constraints or policy violations.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide reliable and timely logistics services, Khyathi Logistics Solutions Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss caused due to incorrect shipment details
• Delays caused by third-party or external factors
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions
